Initial Consultation & Sign-Up
Begin with a free, no-commitment consultation where we learn about your business needs and requirements. Once you're ready, you sign up to start the engagement without any financial commitment until you're satisfied with the candidate(s) presented to you.

Talent Sourcing
We leverage our extensive network and knowledge of the market to identify top-tier candidates. Whether you need accountants, audit professionals or support for data entry, we will find the right candidates for you in about 10 working days.

Interview & Evaluation
We shortlist candidates, conduct thorough interviews and assessments with them. We present to you top candidates who meet your needs and requirements. We then facilitate additional interviews for you to thoroughly assess technical skills and cultural fit. If desired, you may also request further assessments or tests to ensure the candidate’s proficiency.

Candidate Selection & Onboarding Preparation
Once you’ve selected the best candidate(s) for the job, we handle the HR and onboarding processes. This includes support for setting up IT infrastructure and software, and preparing the candidate to integrate into your team.

Candidate Onboarding & Training
During the onboarding phase, we coordinate with your in-house team and supervisors to guide and train the remote team. Through live or recorded sessions, our new hires are trained on your company’s processes, systems, and client work to ensure alignment with your business practices. We provide ongoing support to help the team fully integrate.

Workspace and Hybrid Model
Talanta provides fully equipped office space for your remote team on a hybrid basis, complete with high-speed internet, secure access, and all the necessary infrastructure. Your employees benefit from a hybrid work model with access to our regular team-building activities that strengthen culture and improve retention.

Team Management & Compliance
Talanta is your partner in managing your remote team. We ensure compliance with local labor laws, process payroll, and provide HR support as the employer of record. Our team remains actively involved to support performance management and conduct regular operational reviews to enhance efficiency.

As your business evolves, so do our services. If you need to expand your remote team, replace staff, or adjust roles, we’re here to provide flexible solutions you need to grow your business. In the event of staff resignations, we offer swift replacements and support.

Talanta offers fully equipped office space for your remote team that includes high-speed internet, secure access, and all necessary infrastructure to support smooth operations. This flexible option allows you to maintain control over your team's tasks while we provide a collaborative environment and workspace. Available for an additional fee of $155 per employee per month, this service ensures your remote staff has the tools they need to maximize productivity and is highly recommended.
