Complete our quick application form to become a Talanta Partner. Once approved, we’ll send you a welcome kit and referral templates or tools. Apply here.
Step 2
Introduce Us to Your Network
Think of business owners and/or decision-makers in your network. Make warm intros via email at partner@talantaglobal.com . We’ll take it from there.
Step 3
We Handle the Sales Process
Once you introduce us, we engage the lead and manage the sales process. You don’t have to sell. All you do is to introduce us.
Step 4
Get Paid
When the lead you referred to us results in a successful placement, you receive $500. If you refer a client who hires 5 staff in Kenya, you get $2,500. No cap on how many placements you can earn.

The Talanta Partner Program is a referral program where individuals help us connect with US businesses in need of offshore or remote staffing solutions. As a partner, you simply refer warm leads – business owners, executives, or HR decision-makers – who may benefit from building remote teams with top talent from Kenya.
If your referral results in a successful placement, you’ll earn $1,000 USD per hire.

Anyone with a professional network, especially those connected to decision-makers in small to mid-sized businesses, can become a Talanta Partner. Ideal candidates include entrepreneurs, business professionals, consultants, and community leaders who want to make an impact.
Once you’re approved as a Talanta Partner, you can refer leads by simply introducing them to us via email and copying Talanta Global at partner@talantaglobal.com . LinkedIn message also works fine. It’s recommended to engage the lead first to gauge interest, followed by introduction.
We take it from there. Your only job is to make the warm connection.
Refer people who:
– Make hiring decisions (owners, founders, CFOs, directors, HR/ops managers)
– Work at small or mid-sized companies
– Are open to remote talent or outsourcing in one of the areas of expertise (see our Solutions).
– Leads and their businesses should primarily be based in the United States.
A successful placement occurs when:
1. A business you referred signs a contract with Talanta Global
2. At least one staff member is hired and onboarded by that business through Talanta (employment contract for a staff member is fully executed)
Once these two criteria are met, your referral is confirmed, and you receive your $500 reward.
You’ll be paid within 15 days of a successful placement being completed and invoiced. We prefer to send money via bank transfer.
No. You can refer as many people as you’d like! There is no limit to how many referral bonuses you can earn either. We encourage you to build a list of companies or contacts in your network and work through it at your pace.
No. We don’t expect you to pitch or close. Your job is to warm up the connection and introduce Talanta Global. Once you make the introduction, our team handles the conversation, discovery, and onboarding process.
Absolutely. Every Talanta Partner receives:
– A welcome kit with templates and scripts for making the intro
– Access to our team for support. You can book a time to discuss ideas or ask questions.
– Regular updates about referral status or impact, if you’ve already completed a placement.
This is not an employment or volunteer role. It’s a flexible, paid referral program. You refer when you want, and get rewarded when that referral leads to a job creation or placement. There are no quotas or performance metrics.
